3-point shot: TCU appeals Abron decision

1. Boston University won't be eligible for the America East tournament in 2013 under a conference bylaw because of their decision to leave for the Patriot League after this season. The move by the conference essentially cancels any chance of BU going to the NCAA tournament since the America East is a one-bid league. This is the same decision the Colonial Athletic Association made with 2013 departing members Old Dominion and Georgia State and it’s what drove VCU and Butler to the A-10 from the CAA and Horizon, respectively.
