No structural damage in Rose's back (AP)

Chicago guard Derrick Rose will miss his third straight game because of lower back spasms when the Bulls host the Sacramento Kings on Tuesday. Coach Tom Thibodeau says Rose's condition is improving but "still not where we want it to be." He says the Bulls will be patient and see how it goes with the NBA's reigning MVP.
