Crittenton waives right to early hearing (AP)

Former Washington Wizards guard Javaris Crittenton has waived his right to an initial court hearing on a murder charge. Defense attorney Brian Steel told a Fulton County magistrate on Friday that the 23-year-old Crittenton had decided to forgo his right and did not attend the session. His next hearing is set for Sept.
